Enya completed her Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science at UC Berkeley. There she was involved in research at the Emotions and Emotion Regulation Lab and the Center for the Built Environment before joining the HERD and SES lab as a junior specialist. She is broadly interested in exploring what influences people's understanding and experience of emotions, and how that impacts their physiology and mental health. When she is not in lab, Enya loves trying new foods, doing anything arts and crafts, and relaxing with a good book and a cup of tea. In the fall of 2023, Enya will be attending UCLA for her PhD in Health Psychology.
